Club Sweat is a private health club located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL. To preserve its exclusivity, Club Sweat limits memberships to 500. This allows our members to work out in an uncrowded environment with one-on-one attention from our personal trainers. Members enjoy full access to 6,500 square feet of weight training and cardio equipment, an aerobics room, spinning classes, shower facilities, complimentary towel service and free parking.

We welcome Barb Moylan to the list of fantastic instructors here at Club Sweat! Barb will be conducting a bootcamp class wednesdays at 6pm, starting tonight!
The class will be a mix of plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio kickboxing, and good ole fashioned butt kicking!

There’s a big difference between what the scale says and what the caliphers say. 150lbs on the scale could translate to 30% bodyfat when actually measured. The answer to this question varies from one person to the next. Its really how you feel. I’ve always felt that if your coughing or hacking up a lung with some lung/chest pain, don’t workout. Its more respitory-related and not such a great idea. If you’re running a fever–don’t workout.
