Bah-Humburgers!
Tis the season to eat too much and drink too much—most of us don’t exactly INTEND to do this, but wind up justifying our actions by proclaiming: “ITS THE HOLIDAYS”. These people are the ones you see cramming in to the gym the first 2 weeks of the new year. What ends up happening is they gain a considerable amount of weight that makes it more difficult to get off in the new year.
Most people over do it in the first few weeks at the gym and wind up burning themselves out. Some fall of the wagon in the first month and come to terms with their situation and decide get back on the health kick closer to summer time.
Whats the answer? Consistency. Create a habit from working out. If you can’t do it alone, just admit it. Personal Trainers are the best sources of commitment. Find a great trainer and you’ll be hooked for life.
Club Sweat is offering great personal training packages for first timers thats almost too hard to pass up.
Call 954.728.9828 to take advantage of the holiday specials! So even when you are ready to hit the gym in January, you’ll have a trainer waiting to kick you rear in gear for the new year!

Thanks for writing about the holidays. I have a semi-related question: what should I get my Fort Lauderdale personal trainer for Christmas?
Listen to everything they tell you to do
