Sarah has been training hard for her first Figure Competition on October 8, 2011 at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center. The Fort Lauderdale Cup is an All-Female competition opened to all competing in Physique, Figure, Fitness & Bikini. Sarah has been training with personal trainer John Padgett since February 2011 in preparation for this show.
