W.O.W Workout of the Week
Cardiovascular Routine:
This is an example of how you can put cardio in to your daily routine.
3 cycles of this will give you a good quick workout that keeps your heart rate up.
Jumping jacks for 30 seconds
Jump squats for 30 seconds
Mountain climbers 30 seconds
Pushups for 30 seconds
Countdowns for 30 seconds
Squat shoulder presses for 30 seconds
Burpees for 30 seconds
Running in place for 30 seconds
Jump rope for 30 seconds
Alternating Lunges for 30 seconds
With doing these exercises its 3 minutes of total exercise 1 minute and 40 second of total rest. 10 seconds of rest in between each exercises gives you almost 4.5 minutes of cardiovascular routine.
