		<description><![CDATA[We welcome Barb Moylan to the list of fantastic instructors here at Club Sweat! Barb will be conducting a bootcamp class wednesdays at 6pm, starting tonight!
The class will be a mix of plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio kickboxing, and good ole fashioned butt kicking!
