MEMBERSHIP POLICY
We are pleased to welcome you

We are eager to help you become
comfortable with our facility. It's our goal to help you enjoy and reap the
benefits of your membership.
All policies and procedures are designed with you, the member in mind.
1. Please check in at the
front desk with each visit.
2. For safe keeping and protection of your personal belongings, we provide the
use of lockers during your workout. Please provide your membership card, key or
some form of identification in exchange for locker key. Remember to return the
locker key to the front desk. There is a charge for keys not returned.
3. There is no need to bring a towel from home. We provide towels for both your
workout and shower as a part of your membership.
4. We do not
offer on site day care, so we ask to please for the safety of your children, to
not bring them with you to the facility.
5. We are always striving to improve this facility and its programming. Please
give us your suggestions. They are welcome whether they are positive or
negative.
ATTIRE
1. Member and guest day passes are required to wear appropriate workout attire. We ask that shirts be worn at all times while in the lobby and fitness areas. Tank tops are allowed.
2. Sandals, flip-flops or open toed shoes are not allowed in the fitness area.
3. Member and guest day passes with improper shoes will be required to stop club activity and no refunds will be given.
EXERCISE FLOOR ETIQUETTE
1. Towels and spray bottles
are available to wipe down machines after each use.
2. Water in an enclosed plastic container is the only beverage permitted on the
exercise floor.
3. For purposes of safety, all free weights must be returned to the racks after
use. Please do not set weights on the floor, lean them on machines or against
the wall.
4. If you do not know how to use a piece of equipment, just ask. Our
knowledgeable, certified staff will be more than happy to assist you.
5. Refrain from using foul language.
6. Please dispose of trash i.e. gum, tissues, wrappers, empty bottles in its
proper location.
7. Please limit cell phone usage on the floor and cardio area.
