Stuart Green came to Club Sweat with the goal of looking his best and staying in shape with just 3-4 hours to devote each week to working out. In 12 weeks he went from 189 to 220lbs of muscle, nicely defined with good mass. We placed special emphasis on his hard-gaining areas: chest and shoulders. Stuart hopes to one day compete as a amateur in a fitness show, just for the experience and self-satisfaction it will bring and we fully support him in this goal.
Alison start 145lbs and in 8 weeks stepped on stage at 116lbs. With the help of Club Sweat, she was able to compete in the South Florida Bodybuilding/Figure/Fitness Championships!!
