PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT GUIDELINES:
1. Arrive on time and ready for your appointment. Workout sessions will not be extended to compensate for tardiness.
2. Upon arrival check in at the front desk.
3. Payment is expected at time of check in if not already pre-paid.
4. Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to schedule appointment in order to avoid being charged in full for session. If you are planning to miss scheduled appointments please the Personal Training Director and your trainer as far in advance as possible.
5. We strongly suggest that you lock your personal belongings. Upon availability a locker will be provided for you. We advise you that sometimes lockers are not available especially if you are exercising during peak times. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Towels will be provided for both workout and shower.
